FWS Ltd has been set up by local girl Andrea Dudley-Owen, who was bought up and educated in Guernsey. After completing her BA (Hons) Degree in Japanese and qualifying as a Teacher of English as Foreign Language, she lived in the Far East before returning to Guernsey in 1999. Andrea worked for the Training Agency where she gained a Higher Diploma in Business Administration, before beginning a career in Finance where she became STEP Qualified.  Since leaving Trust work 3 years ago, Andrea and her husband, of 7 years, now have two young children.

Jane Rhodes is an HR professional who specialises in International Assignment Management and Relocation Services.  She brings to FWS Ltd a professional and pragmatic approach served up with the warmth of her native Liverpuddlian wit and charm.   Jane has a BA Hons Degree in European Business Studies and Spanish. She lived and worked in Spain as part of her study.  She lived with her family in Guernsey for 2 years before relocating back to the UK with her husband's job.  She retains strong links with the Island both social and business.  She is well placed to facilitate relocation services from UK to Guernsey and is well-respected in the Relocation Industry having worked for Unilever in their International Staff Relocation Department for 9 years.
