Toni was locally educated at the Grammar School and has a strong administrative background having worked for a number of major bank led fund administration companies.
Having taken a career break to raise her daughters, Toni joined FWS Ltd in September 2018 and has enjoyed the application that the administrative work has offered. Toni is an excellent timekeeper, completing tasks speedily and accurately, and her impressive organisational skills make her a key component in the work carried out by FWS Ltd.
Toni continues to raise two fierce young warriors at home who keep her on her toes, as well as lending support to the administrative aspects of her partner’s local business. The active family love the beach and when you can’t find them at Vazon, they’ll be researching their next trip to the slopes!
Ellie began her career in the trust industry in 2002. She gained 15 years’ experience working in the local fiduciary sector, mostly spent working for the trust arm of a highly reputable Canadian bank. In 2008 she completed her STEP diploma in a short 9 months from start to finish and keeps up to date with regular courses and reading materials. Ellie is also a Member of the Institute of Administrative Management.
Following the birth of her third child in 2015 Ellie left the commercial industry and later joined FWS Ltd. Ellie’s strong administration background and experience in managing large beneficial classes has forged an ability to cultivate and shape ideas quickly, often under strict time pressures, taking into consideration a number of views, adapting accordingly to offer innovative solutions to fit the client.
Ellie carries out the day to day operations of the company.
Homelife is busy with a husband, 3 children, 1 dog and 5 chickens to cater for. If she gets any downtime you might find her taking in Guernsey's coastal cliff paths or planning the family’s next adventure.
Claire joined the FWS team in September 2020.
She has worked as a Personal Assistant for the last 22 years, a position which has honed her organisational skills and her ability to multitask alongside meticulous attention to detail.
Claire has had a varied career background ranging from management of staff whilst helping run a small family business to experience in general and compliance administration
within the local Trust sector.
Claire has a passion for event management and fund-raising.
For the last 15 years she has been involved in supporting the third sector in Guernsey and is one half of a team that has staged a series of annual events over the past 5 years
which have become much anticipated and have to date,
raised almost £100,000 for local charities.
Claire juggles work with a busy home life. She has 3 children who are all very active and have inherited her sense of adventure and wanderlust! They love to spend time outdoors, especially in the water whether surfing or year-round sea swimming. Travel is also an important part of family life, enjoying trips to the snow and experiencing diverse cultures together when they can.
